Eczema home remedy solutions?

Is there any home remedies? I have had eczema all my life and lately have been having really bad breakouts all over my stomach and sides. I just want to know if there is anything I can do at home to cure it before I go to a doctor so they can say, "yep you have eczema..." and then bill me on the way out. ;) hahaha please help!

Do you drink a lot of milk. If you do stop it for a three week trial. Just drink water. No sodas. Water. If your are not commited to doing this then you must not have it bad enough. I also mean no milk in coffee or cereal or ice cream.

The main cause of eczema is overreaction of the immune system. Identifying certain foods, chemicals, etc can be very helpful in battling this disease. I try to avoid soy and milk products which trigger my flare-ups.
After using number of prescription drugs I've turned to the natural treatments.
Now I use herbal remedies from serenaskin.com, which aim at the root of the disease - the immune system, and are steroid-free.
After about 2 weeks of using ointment and spray my skin has been cleared up and now I just continue with anti-eczema extract, which controls the immune system. My skin has been clear for months now.
It is the only treatment I have found that provides me complete relief when I use it as directed.

I have eczema since I was born (I'll be 17 in November) & it sucks!
but I don't recall breaking out on my stomach
I was on "Elidel" but DO NOT use it for a long period of time because elidel causes skin cancer.
if you don't want to use elidel try using unscented lotions that's what my doctor always tells me to use on my hands right after you shower so your skin can get moistrized
