The main cause of eczema is overreaction of the immune system. Identifying certain foods, chemicals, etc can be very helpful in battling this disease. I try to avoid soy and sea food which trigger my flare-ups.
After using number of prescription drugs I've turned to the natural treatments.
Now I use herbal remedies from serenaskin.com, which aim at the root of the disease - the immune system, and are steroid-free.
After about 3 weeks of using ointment and spray my skin has been cleared up and now I just continue with anti-eczema extract, which controls the immune system. My skin has been clear for months now.
It is the only treatment I have found that provides me complete relief when I use it as directed.

Every doctors knows eczema is hard to cure even with strong steroid drug and cream.

Taking olive oil with meal and apply it all over the affected part physically may help, but it takes time to see the effect. If you have time to do it couple of times daily ( apply before bed time is a good practice ) and be patience, you will probably see the good result out of it.

Supplement your diet with omega fish oil ( normally from deep sea fish ).

Some people use coconut oil instead of olive as it appeared to heal faster but may not be suitable to all. Good to observe your own progress since you know your body better than anyone else.

Detox the body gently with apple cidar vinegar and honey. Drinking green tea also helps

You must be allergic to candida albicans. Do a search on it and learn as much as possible.
taking "yeast" out of your diet helps GREATLY.
It's the most natural & effective way to treat it.
Oh and olive oil will help keep it mosturized...just like the above answerer stated.

    Hi,

Here is a demo video to watch for the eczema cure as seen in Japan. Sorry but the hospitals in the United States and Europe are not this advanced at this time.

You can get free alkaline water - place a wanted add on http://craigslist.com Place a add to ask for 8.5 PH drinking water, and hope that the person can also make 2.5 PH water. Drinking the alkaline water will help, even if you can not spray the 2.5 PH water on your skin and hair.

I have been helping a friend get rid of his psoriasis’ on his skin, it covers about 2 square feet of his arms and hands.

He has been spraying on 2.5 PH water for about a month now, and it is working. He is also drinking 9.5 PH water. His wife has MS, and is also drinking the 9.5 PH alkaline water, and is doing much better.

    Good Luck!
