My son is allergic to soy, he has eczema and I have read that some eczema patients are intollerant to milk?

so....I am thinking of taking him off dairy products for 2 weeks to see if his eczema symptoms improve. What are some good dairy alternatives that do not include soy ?? Thanks!

There is a strong link between food allergies/sensitivities and eczema. If you would like to determine for sure if milk and dairy are related to his eczema you could always have a IgG food allergy panel done. More info here:

But, if you want to try an elimination of dairy I would suggest one month of no dairy. That doesn't mean one month of no milk...It has to be all dairy, no cheese, no butter, no ice cream, etc...

A good alternative to milk is almond milk, give that a try, it's not too bad!
