I lost the box to these sleeping pills.
It's called NatraBio, and it's for insomnia relief.
How many am i suppose to take?

"Adults chew 2 tablets slightly and allow to dissolve in the mouth 1 hour before bed time and 2 tablets at bed time. Children 2-12 years of age take one half the adult dosage. It is helpful to limit the consumption of caffeine-containing drinks, coffee, tea, chocolate and artificial sweeteners. For best results, take in a clean mouth."
