Been on eczema diet for 8 months but am thinking of using steroid cream again? (Answers: 4) (Comments: 0)
About 8 months ago i got so fed with my eczema that i decided to change my diet that instant. I went and had allergy tests done and removed all foods that i was allergic or intolerant to. I stopped eating all processed food and only ate fruit, veg, potatoes, chicken tuna, lamb. It was absolute hell and my eczema got 10 times worse but then got 100 times better. Recently i have been having a flare up and am wondering if after all this time i should just give in and use the steroid cream on my arms. They are agony and look horrible. I stopped using all prescribed creams when i started my diet apart from a moisturiser. Any help gratefully recieved. Thanks

This is very hard especialy for breakfast wich consisted of some sort of Dairy.whats there to eat now? At times i really cant find anything to eat in this house that i go without eating much or even only once a day. Rather than to know what i CANT eat....What can i?!
